Slow down...... Pause for a moment and allow yourself to reset,
"Even in stillness, there is movement. Sometimes it takes time for the molecules of change to shift form. Even when it feels like nothing is happening, transformation is taking place."

Currently Sam is looking for volunteers to help her with her case studies for training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy. Please do get in contact if you have any particular habits, phobias or stresses you would like to work with.

Sam comes from a background in photography and production and moved into the field of health 20 years ago, studying reflexology and specialising in women’s health.
Her journey then deepened into Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Trauma resolution and working in a mother and baby clinic.
Alongside this she has training in Therapeutic/Sports Massage, Yoga, Nutrition, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and a Foundation in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
In 2011 she embarked on what was meant to be a single ski season in the French Alps working as a massage therapist to 14 years working and travelling around Europe treating cyclists, skiers, yogis and windsurfers. Here she was able to explore her passion for the outdoors and her love of nature.
She is always continuing to add and improve her knowledge of the human experience and currently training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
In her spare time she is found with Rose her English Staffy and out exploring England’s landscapes. She is also a passionate artist passing many hours drawing and painting.
